Wow! Our last post was in Jul 2015 so I am quiet sure this one is going to be lengthy before I even start, so here goes.
2015 was a big year for us as we made that long awaited move from Manchester to Devon and it has be worth every second. It has enabled us to expand in ways we would not have even dared to 'up North'.
We have been busy creating more and more designs each day and to date we have over 700 designs to choose from.
In the past 3 years we have created some awesome custom designs for customers, their ideas come to life in mirrored acrylic and the responses we have had are overwhelming. It reminds me of when we first started our stall at Barnstaple Pannier Market, we would have a customer browse at one end of the stall and by the time they reached the other end they had a BIG grin in their face, and all because something we had created had cheered them up. These kind of reactions always put a smile on our faces to.
Due to that success we have been featured in magazines, online reports/blogs, local radio and we got to supply to Pinewood Studios, Architects, Fashion houses, Nurseries and various music festivals both in the UK and overseas.
In the summer of 2017 we diversified a little and started to introduce our acrylic mini LED lights, little did we know how much people were going to love them and so Christmas was indeed very hectic for us. Please bare in mind that Suave Petal is only a Husband & Wife team at present and with just the two of us handling everything it did get somewhat manic over the festive period with a fare few sleepless nights.
After seeing the reaction from the mini lights we then decided to increase that range slightly and now offer LED light frames. All of our mirror designs can be transposed onto any of the light ranges and we still have a long way to go there.
So what has 2018 brought us so far?
Well... we have made the decision to branch out a little and hit some special events this year. We have purchased both a van and a market stall frame to get started and are currently looking around to see what's on and where's best to sell. Online selling will always be our number one place to trade but being enclosed into the same four walls can get a little tedious over time and as we are now in lovely Devon we just have to get out there and see these gorgeous views for ourselves.
We have had a number of questions of the years which I feel we need to answer here for now.

Ok, so update has been done but what are we currently up to now? Well I am currently in the middle of a few custom designs for customers this week and I have started to work on the promised county maps. After people saw the Devon and Cornwall Maps they ask if we do other counties and that list has been endless. So in the past week i managed to get the following done...
- Bath & North Somerset
- Bristol
- Dorset
- Hampshire
- West Sussex
- Isle of Wight
- Wiltshire
- Greater Manchester
All but Greater Manchester have been cut and are waiting on photographs that are to be done today meaning they will be available at some point of the weekend in our webshop.
I have also created a Yin Yang Heart mirror and this will be photographed at the same stage as the maps above.
The above have not been created into any of the LED range just yet but if needed please message us.
Ok, off to do the photos now, have a great weekend.
